Raw Food Lifestyle… What Unlimited Fruit For 75 Days Does For You

Interesting life experiment in response to the growing movement that suggests if you eat mainly raw food and fruit you won’t put on weight.

Do people really believe that?

Well Andrew saves us the trouble of proving it for ourselves by over eating (his words) fruit and green carbs and getting himself… fat (cuddly would be my term).

By the way Andrew is very pro raw food, but wanted to prove that like most other dietary regimes eating more calories than you need makes you fat… like not breathing enough makes you dead (I guess).
