Here’s the ingredients… Black Bean Vegan Burger 1 15 oz can Black Beans 1 1/2 cup of Mushrooms (chopped) 1/2 cup of Fresh Cilantro 1/2 cup Red Onion 1/3 cup Zucchini (shredded) 1/4 cup pimentos (pre-chopped) 1 1/3 cup of Panko Bread Crumbs 2-3 Tbsp Taco Seasoning or 1 Tbs garlic powder 1 Tbs onion powder Salt 1. In a food processor, pulse black beans until it’s all finely chopped. 2. Preheat saucepan with olive oil, add in pimentos pepper and onion, stir for about 3 minutes, remove and set a side 3. In a large bowl add the beans and mushrooms, cilantro,red onion, Zucchini, pimentos, panko bread crumbs, garlic, and onion powder 4 Using a 1/2 cup measuring cup, scoop out your mixture and shape them into patties, place them in the skillet and cook them for about 5 minutes on each side or until golden brown, let them cool before serving.
