A Simple Mindset Technique To Get Motivated

We all make excuses when it comes to eating healthier and exercising, but if we change our mindset will we make things easier on ourselves?

When you think about going to the gym what are your thoughts.

Are they I think I will go to the gym tonight or do you come up with a list of things you need to do to get to the gym.

When you start making a list of all the things you will need it seems like a big deal, is my gym gear clean, what time should I go, how long should i stay, what exercise routine should I do tonight and the list goes on.

Instead of making a list in our heads and talking ourselves out of working (you know you will feel better after your workout).

Why not change your mindset?
