A 20 Minute HITT Workout For Beginners

Well here we have a HITT workout for beginners just watching this made me sweat.

This is a 30 second on 10 second off workout.

The best advice that I have seen when doing HITT workouts is to start at a pace that you can still perform each exercise correctly, and build up from there.

For example, if you are doing Tabata Burpees and you can only do about 3 to 4 Burpees each 20 second interval, that’s fine! Keep working at it and eventually you will be able to build up your power and add a few more in.

Get you water ready because you are going to need it.
