10 Minute Barre Workout

Today we have a 10 Minute Barre Workout or if you want a full workout then repeat this video 3 times it’s that simple.

All you need is a chair and a mat and this is suitable for beginners.

If your knees start to hurt then don’t go down as far. The more you do this exercise the stronger your legs will get so just take it at your own pace.
